Why Our Reviews Matter
In most Nigerian online spaces, you cannot trust reviews — they can be bought, faked, or left by people who never experienced the service. Jobivo is different.
A review on Jobivo can only be submitted after a booking is completed. We link every review to a real job, meaning you can trust what you read.
Service providers cannot edit or delete customer reviews. Customers cannot review a job they never booked. This is how we maintain a trustworthy reputation system for everyone.
Verified bookings only
Reviews are gated behind a completed booking — not open to anyone with an account.
No incentivised reviews
Providers cannot offer discounts or gifts in exchange for positive reviews.
Two-sided ratings
Customers rate providers and providers rate customers. Both reputations matter.
Find Reviewed Service Providers
Reviews are displayed directly on each service provider's profile page. To read reviews for a specific provider, search for the service you need and open their profile.
Jobivo is early and reviews are accumulating as the first bookings complete. As more jobs are done through the platform, the review database will grow and become more useful for customers making hiring decisions.
