How We Protect You
These are tools that reduce risk — verification confirms who a service provider is, not how good their work is. The hiring decision is always yours: check their rating, completed jobs, and portfolio before you book.
KYC-Verified Providers
Providers verify their identity (NIN or BVN plus a face selfie) to earn the verified badge — and you can filter search to verified providers only.
We Never Hold Your Money
Jobivo holds no funds and takes no commission. Pay the provider directly, or by card — card payments settle straight into the provider's own bank account, never a Jobivo balance.
Reviews From Real Jobs
A review can only be left after a completed booking, so nobody can review a provider they never hired. Offering anything in exchange for a review breaks our rules and we act on it.
Report a Problem
If something goes wrong, open a dispute. Our team reviews evidence from both sides. We hold no money so we cannot refund you, but we can act on a provider’s standing within 3 business days.
Share With a Trusted Contact
One tap sends your booking details to someone you trust, with live status updates — who, when, and the address, plus whether the provider is coming to you or you're going to their place.
Address Privacy
A provider only sees your exact address after they accept your booking — until then, they see just your area.
How We Protect You
Paid Directly, In Full
Customers pay you, not Jobivo. Nothing is withheld and there is no payout delay, because your money never passes through us. Agree terms upfront for materials.
Fair Dispute Review
If a customer disputes unfairly, our team reviews the evidence from both sides and records the outcome. We hold no money, so nothing of yours is frozen. You can also accept identity-verified customers only.
Verified Badge
Your KYC badge shows customers your identity is confirmed — a real, named person behind the listing.
Reputation System
Build a verified track record of completed jobs and genuine reviews that follow you on the platform.
See Something Suspicious?
If a service provider asks you to pay outside the platform, requests personal financial information, or behaves inappropriately — report it immediately. We take every report seriously and act fast.
